customer service is very nice!
I have been very impressed with Gold Standard. I have not had a chance to really use my warranty other than doing preventative maintenance and getting reimbursed for it. They worked quick to solve a couple issues going on at the time and within an hour everything was settled and I was back to driving.
Got me taken care of quickly and the rep was very polite.

We bought the Gold Standard Auto Warranty Plan when we purchased our vehicle in March. Let me tell you, I am SO thankful we did!
