Gold Standard was the warranty offered to us when I bought my son's Subaru wrx. We bought the Gold Exclusive package and used it already to fix an oil leak. I did not know what to expect, but the customer service at this company is exceptional. They were courteous from the time that I called about the problem. As a first time car buyer with a membership through Gold Standard I had questions about my membership. Taylor D. answered all my questions patiently and I feel comfortable contacting them any time I have a concern.

I have been very impressed with Gold Standard. I have not had a chance to really use my warranty other than doing preventative maintenance and getting reimbursed for it. They worked quick to solve a couple issues going on at the time and within an hour everything was settled and I was back to driving.
Got me taken care of quickly and the rep was very polite.
