If I could leave Goldelm less than 1 star I definitely would!! This company is full of SCAMS. The office people are RUDE and incompetent. PLEASEEEE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Just made my last and final rent payment here. My lease expires 3/29/24 and I’m just counting the days. This place has so much potential with all the beautiful water views and trees but the units themselves need a lot of work. The management here is really what’s running this place to the ground. Personally, I’ve never had an issue with any of the managers here until Lakeisha Pierre, the “ regional manager” came to office. We have lived here for six years and do not want to move because it is a hassle to change addresses, something happened recently that made us very angry, our bathing water almost stopped, we called the office many times, we waited day and night, and still called us to wait about 20 days, yesterday The review I wrote was corrected today. Why not make it unpleasant? Can we exchange rent like you? I wonder how you feel?
Run away, don’t even consider this horrible apartment complex. It’s so run down and frankly looks very dangerous to live at. The balconies are rotting away. They have a bridge that is collapsing that crosses over a pond and they barely have a rope across it to keep people away. If you have children it would be very dangerous. The pond waters are not circulating so it stinky stagnant yucky water. This is not a gated property either. My daughter and I made a big mistake considering this place. This place is horrible don’t waste your money or time here ! I’ve been here for 3 months with my lights flickering , leaking washing machine (also has a weird odor) outlets messed up and they have sent 6 different people and I still have the same issues some worse ! Management keeps being changed and they have people who love to insult your intelligence!
