Took my daughter here for an eye infection , the provider ( woman with glasses and blonde streaks in her hair , she never introduced herself so I didn’t catch her name ) was supposed to send in the prescription for my childs eye medication and never did . I’ve called reception 10 times ( literally ) they do not answer the phone so I physically had to go back to see what was going on ; reception informed me that the provider STILL did not send in any prescription , as I’m writing this , this is day 3 and still no prescription... read more

Terrible bedside manner and very dismissive. I made an appointment a month out with things I was concerned about. Ended up just booking with the soonest available OB. The day I went I told the nurse I had a new complication which was light spotting the night before and morning of the appointment. The nurse came in and asked a few questions and mentioned my actual Ob was in the clinic and she’d see if she could pop in. She never showed her face at all. I’ve been to a few different gynecologists over the years and this was by far the best one. From the moment I walked in the staff at the front was super helpful as well as the person who brought me back. The gyno Melody Castillo was supper informative and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. You can tell she really cares about the well being of women as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you all for making these a breeze.

Was surveyed properly for potential infection of covid before I was seated. My total wait time in waiting room was approximately only 10 minutes. The medical assistant was really kind. And the doctor who checked on me was really pleasant and she made me feel comfortable.

Every time I have an appointment, they take about 40 min to let me in and see the doctor. The women clinic is the one who takes the longest which is upsetting to have an appointment at 9 am and be see almost at 10. I am not the only patient to complain and they have not done anything about it. They never see you on time. Also, the appointments they give you are months apart, and if you are feeling sick of two things, you have to make separate appointments because the doctor cannot see you on your appointment for both.
