I only started coming here because nowhere else was taking patients during COVID when I moved. They’ve made every piece of the process so difficult. I can never have my call answered without being on hold or having to have someone call me back days later (if at all) the appointments are usually very far out and will constantly get rescheduled or canceled on me with stupid reasons. From the women at the front desk, medical assistant and doctor they were all so sweet and calming. My daughter put a popcorn kernal up her nose. Doctor was calm and sweet and got it out. She kept the doctors a good experience for my daughter by taking extra time to check her heartbeat (didn't need it my daughter just loves the doctors lol) from a worried momma thanks so much.
From start to finish everyone's friendly kind & very good at there jobs although water kept running down my face I used the bib to catch it and my shirt . But the people are well trained and make it easy.

I had an excellent dental appointment at Golden Valley Health Center. The staff was kind yet professional and I felt well taken care of throughout the appointment. The dental assistant doing my X-rays was very friendly and funny, doing a great job soothing my anxiety and putting me at ease. The team made sure I understood the next steps in my treatment.
