Great customer service, the wait wasn't long at all but I'm sure some days are busier than others. The location was very clean, a little chilly so maybe take a sweater if you're typically cold. Great experience overall.

Showed up an hour and a half before they close to have my son seen for his ear (Which would have taken just a minute to do.) and "reception" was already turning off lights saying they are no longer seeing patients. The door said they close at 9, site says they close at 8:30 so why are they closing a whole two hours to an hour and a half early? Doesn't make sense. Hours need to be fixed on website and the doors if they really close at 7 PM.

Absolutely everything that you look for in a doctors office. Front desk that is attentive to their patients and go above and beyond for any and all their requests. Followed by doctors that actually listen, and try to really help you figure out whatever it is that’s going on.

Honestly the worst experience. All the girls so lost they have no idea what they r doing. Made me fill the paperwork 2 times and i asked them y and they said they had no idea i filled the papers the first time i walked in. Then they asked me if i wanted a shot then they told me they did not have it. Make sure u have it before u ask ur patients for shots!!!!
