Sadik Malik is the worst physician I have ever seen, if you are assigned him switch immediately. Also, there is a I’m guessing it’s a nurse. I’m not really sure who this person is. His name is Juan, but he has the worst attitude ever. He very rudely and adamantly demanded that I go and get a paper print out of my MRI results. I don’t think this dude has ever read an MRI report because if he had he would know the MRI results or “findings” I guess they’re called on the disc. I was in and out fast. The receptionist and MA was nice and friendly. The provider however was unconcerned and didn't offer adequate care measured to the complaint that is backed by a long history. I walked away in pain I'm steal in pain and now not only am I physically struggling I'm emotionally struggling.
I went into urgent care on childs ave for what i thought was a uti because i had severe back pain. The dr that saw me ran a urine test and it came back normal, she still prescribed me antibiotics, even though i told her i have really bad kidneys, liver failure and lupus. All she did was punch on both my kidneys and send me home. Btw my pain tolerance is very very high and i was doubled up in pain, in tears the night before. I was gone for a couple years and as always you guys are the fastest and most friendly group I've seen, I appreciate how nice you guys are in an ugly world it's a breath of fresh air😊
This is the poorest quality of health care service that anyone could ever received. Not only are the staff unfriendly, but they lack the drive to care for their patients. The whole care team lacks professionalism and can’t coordinate together as a team. I was waiting to be seen, and in front of the reception desk, the nurses who were checking me in were freely discussing the drama that has been going on within their team.
