I was in and out fast. The receptionist and MA was nice and friendly. The provider however was unconcerned and didn't offer adequate care measured to the complaint that is backed by a long history. I walked away in pain I'm steal in pain and now not only am I physically struggling I'm emotionally struggling.
I went into urgent care on childs ave for what i thought was a uti because i had severe back pain. The dr that saw me ran a urine test and it came back normal, she still prescribed me antibiotics, even though i told her i have really bad kidneys, liver failure and lupus. All she did was punch on both my kidneys and send me home. Btw my pain tolerance is very very high and i was doubled up in pain, in tears the night before. Schedulers are totally incompetent. I needed to leave a message with my specialist and this guy made me a appointment, only for the doctor to say, leave a message with my specialist. That what I wanted to do a week prior and they made me an appointment! Wasted my time going to the appointment. I wish we could give this place negative ratings, they deserve zero starts. Not only do they not answer phone calls on a timely manner, when they do they’re so incompetent they don’t know how to transfer calls. They lack common sense to send prescriptions over to the pharmacy. Recently they misplaced my paperwork. Who in the hell runs this place? Are they even qualified?!
