They must have filtered their reviews — there’s no way this is truly a five-star medical provider. I have never been more disappointed in our medical system than after dealing with Golden Valley Health Centers. They are consistently rude, difficult to reach, and fail to communicate important information clearly. They make changes to appointments without notifying patients, leaving you feeling ignored and undervalued. Merced County deserves better. I don't normally give bad review for providers even they were bad services. I had given them sufficient time get this bill corrected. I went for annual physical preventive check-up at this location on Aug 9, 2022 with a PA Zeng Song and NP Erica Choi with Golden Valley Health Center -Merced Northview Sandipiper Ave. The PA sent me for routine lab work and Quest billed me as medical diagnostic & NP billed me as encounter for screening for malignant neoplasm of cervix. Dr.Alexander for OBGYN is absolutely unprofessional!!! She has done NOTHING for my daughters pregnancy or Dr visits the way your normal average OBGYN should be doing !!! If I can give zero I would !!! So upsetting !
