I think my doctor Dr. Misra is an awesome doctor with A LOT of heart which I feel some doctors these days just don't have anymore. My doctor actually cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met . He's very patient, thorough, and very kind. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have him as my doctor.
Having to wait on hold for 30 minutes everytime I call to make an appointment or figure why a referral hasn't gone through or to ask a simple question is ridiculous. What is wrong with this place that they can't hire someone to answer the phone if it's this big of an issue. No one wants to wait 30 minutes every single time they call.
I had an appointment in the woman’s department at 8:30 and literally sat there FOR TWO HOURS I’m not kidding, I JUST walked out at 10:30 on the dot and not because everything was finished, I actually would’ve been waiting longer I walked out because I lost my patience, For two hours just to get told they are gonna schedule me an appointment two weeks out. Went to urgent care to get tested and they said it would take 1-2 days to receive a call for the results. It's now been a week and still no call and whenever called they say they have to wait for the specific doctor to read the results, ridiculous. I would suggest going to Getwell urgent care instead, where it doesn't take a week to get basic test results to get medicine for.
I’m giving this establishment a rating of 1, and I would go lower if I could. I want to clarify that my feedback specifically pertains to the department handling prenatal care, not the entire facility. After multiple visits for my prenatal appointments, it has become clear to me that this establishment does not prioritize the safety and care of Black women.
