This office was well set-up, efficient and comfortable with plenty of easy parking. Office staff were friendly and professional. The practitioner I saw was exceptional. She took the time to listen and explain everything, and made my exam as gentle and easy as possible. She had great suggestions to help improve my health. Highly recommend.

Took over two weeks to send my referral for an ultrasound resulting in me waiting a total of 6 weeks since dr appointment to get an ultrasound. Supervisor was very apologetic when I made a complaint but it’s very unprofessional and upsetting having to call back every other day to have no escalation happening. I get a call from the facility the referral was for the DAY AFTER having to complain to a supervisor at Golden Valley. So irritating that it proved it could have been done sooner. The dr is very kind. I’m Grateful for that. But as new patient They changed my appointment 3 times. From December 13th until finally I got it on February 6th with different doctors. All doctors take days off with no care about their patients. I don’t have another option so I have to take the “Who care about you?” for answer.

This s my first visit and I just love the Dr that helped me. She encouraged me to take certain meds for my health. And this was very helpfull.

Nice people, however the doctor almost schedule a Pap smear and totally forgot she had already did that procedure herself on me and I was there for the results.
