Monday, August 25 at 10 AM. I had an appointment with gynecologist. Visit with F Grousis She was very sweet. She explained me everything with pictures and she explained very well and her behavior was very well. I am very thankful that we have great people.
Worst experience ever at a clinic. I had my appointment at 9:15 got to the clinic at 8:55. The MD didn't come into the room until 10:50. Ridiculous! To say the least
This office was well set-up, efficient and comfortable with plenty of easy parking. Office staff were friendly and professional. The practitioner I saw was exceptional. She took the time to listen and explain everything, and made my exam as gentle and easy as possible. She had great suggestions to help improve my health. Highly recommend.
Took over two weeks to send my referral for an ultrasound resulting in me waiting a total of 6 weeks since dr appointment to get an ultrasound. Supervisor was very apologetic when I made a complaint but it’s very unprofessional and upsetting having to call back every other day to have no escalation happening. I get a call from the facility the referral was for the DAY AFTER having to complain to a supervisor at Golden Valley. So irritating that it proved it could have been done sooner.
