Second time in a row I called and the receptionist had absolutely NO idea where to direct my call. He put me on hold, only to get back on in 5, minutes to say "Okay so I looked up what you needed, I'm gonna forward this to my supervisor who should get back to you in 72 hours. You literally only need to be Bi lingual in English and Spanish and BOOM you're hired. There's absolutely no way I should be calling in and the receptions is like "uhhhhh??" Let me get someone else. I have been going here for 5 years now and have had no issues. The pharmacy let's me know when medications are ready so I don't have to wait or call. The specialists are fantastic. I get whatever refurrals are needed quickly. I broke my wrist and got refurral and appointment for the next day
Dr. Modallel is always so amazing at doing what she does! She always pays attention to everything and truly cares. Always asking if we have questions or concerns and explains things as she goes. All the while being so sweet and kind! She is truly one of a kind. I am grateful for her!
I’ve been trying to contact the clinic for awhile now in regards to an appointment I have. I’m also unsure why they would give me a business card with an extension that wouldn’t even work or can’t even get a hold of them. However, their employee picked up the call and hung up on me immediately instead of assisting, in which I do not appreciate that. Been visiting the GVHC since October 1999 and since then I didn't have a problem with making appointments or getting my medicines refills. Now since the clinic got new owners it's really a pain to get appointments the same day and to get refills for my medicines too. Been trying to get an appointment to see my primary doctor since January 2025. They couldn't get hold of her so u got an appointment to see another doctor.
