I’ve been trying to contact the clinic for awhile now in regards to an appointment I have. I’m also unsure why they would give me a business card with an extension that wouldn’t even work or can’t even get a hold of them. However, their employee picked up the call and hung up on me immediately instead of assisting, in which I do not appreciate that. Very professional but also very relaxing and friendly. Wasn't rushed. And answered all questions. Feel confident will be well cared for and have issues resolved
I had such a good experience with this clinic more than I have castle and that was my clinic for years . I have officially transferred and both my appointments so far have been more helpful for me. I’m glad to have made the change and it’s closer to home 10/10 recommend highly
All staff that I interacted with was respectful and kind. I believe I waited less than 5 minutes before being taken to a room. It wasn’t a long wait to see the doctor either. Went in, got what I needed, and was gone all within a hour.
Incompetent point of contacts ruin the entire efficiency of patient care. If everything needs to be done through MyChart, fire the scheduler and get MyChart support ppl
