I had a disappointing experience with Golden Valley Women’s Health for my prenatal care. The receptionists and nurses were often very curt, to the point of seeming almost rude. Each time I visited, I saw a different OBGYN, and they seemed rushed and uninterested in building any rapport. I recently accompanied my partner to her pregnancy appointment with Octavia Hyacinth, MSN, FNP, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While Octavia wasn’t rude, she came across as robotic and transactional, lacking the warmth and attentiveness we expect from a healthcare provider.
