If you are pregnant and looking for quality care that is consistent this is not the place. You will wait months for an appointment. This is frustrating for anyone especially those who need prompt care such as pregnant women. They double book patients resulting in canceling your appointment DAY OF. I was seeing fairly quickly I was treated with respect I felt heard and listened to both the nurse practitioner and the doctor were kind thoughtful and informative if I knew somebody that was looking for a doctor I would definitely recommend Golden valley
I don't know what happened the day of my appointment but they opened late. It's said 8am but they didn't open until after 9am. But I was expecting delays not going to lie but then again I went in for a pap BUT none the less got checked in and the doc was in and out. I was expecting a longer wait so truthfully without the delay of them opening late I was in and out with in 10min. Thankful for that and the past few times I have gone there same thing. So far no complaints everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Dr Rivera was extremely professional during my initial appointment. However I was not given one of my two prescriptions and was not given any paperwork for my vaginal ultrasound. It has been impossible to get a hold of the clinic and I have been calling the main line for the last week to try and get a hold of someone to verify the information I need. They don’t answer the phone and reschedule appointments without telling you as well… having my first and have yet to be seen since March…
