They told me my kidney stones are not a big deal gave me medicine for pain but went to other doctor they said body can't pass to big of stones needed to see a urologist. Highly don't recommend going to this company
I have a big issue on hands, we request something, and it takes a month to get a response. And I ask for refill and the team will not deliver the message to the provider. And I wait hours on line to get someone to answer me. That's not acceptable. You must find a solution or hire more people.and pls make sure you train them correctly to know their job.
It’s just so hard to get anywhere when you have concerns in your health the app used to be able to make appointments now once again you have to call and nobody answers it took me scene September finally got the referral I want right now it’s too late. I already got an infection in my bone.
All Staff was friendly and professional My appointment went well and it didn’t take long for me to see the doctor. The doctor was professional too.
I was able to receive the care i needed at a fast and convenient time. The doctors were helpful and i was able to book easily.
