. They don’t pay attention to your needs. They don’t listen, I had my scheduled appointment and I being waiting for months . I just showed up and they said I canceled my appointment. What ? I never did that why am I going to show up if I canceled it. They wanted me to wait 4 hrs in case someone canceled or doesn’t show up. I told them it was difficult because I have to work and I did not cancel it, that could have been an employee mistake but the manager there kept saying that I have to wait until the end of the day. ... read more
