Our first visit was yesterday to establish care with Dr Misra. He is such a kind and compassionate man and very thorough. My husband has very complex health issues and Dr Misra was on top of it all. We’re so glad he will be our doctor going forward.
I arrived in an ambulance with internal bleeding. From the beginning of my arrival until my discharge I was treated with kindness, compassion and respect. The Doctors and Nurses showed true concern for my life and acted quickly to get me the care that was immediately necessary. All of the staff were considerate and compassionate. I have heard negative things about this hospital but this was certainly NOT my experience. They saved my life! If I can give Negative stars, i Would. Basically my visit was Uncomfortable, annoying and frustrating.. the ladies that greeted me in the front was super sweet, but once I got called to the back the energy was Weird!! The nurse or whatever her name is I believe it was Marjorie, she basically came in, Mind you it’s super quiet but there about 5-6 receptionists at the front desk any ways when I was walked to my room I over heard someone else Personal Business because she was talking like she was on a playground or someone.. s... read more
I visited the clinic on 3/19 with Han. The check-in nurse listened to all my concerns and wrote them all down, and then the doctor addressed each and every one of them. I left the appointment feeling very well cared for and with follow up appointments. I have never felt better about my health care than I did walking out of that office.
The doctor was rude and uncompassionate at the urgent care. I think her name was Ruth but not sure….. but the rest of the staff was great and really helpful. I’m currently 5 months pregnant and blamed my one swollen ankle on sitting in a chair for work all day when I had explained to her I’m on my feet for work, never in a chair, then changed her mind and blamed it on my pregnancy……Today was my first time coming here but I don’t know if I’ll be back. Weird experience.
