Terrible bedside manner and very dismissive. I made an appointment a month out with things I was concerned about. Ended up just booking with the soonest available OB. The day I went I told the nurse I had a new complication which was light spotting the night before and morning of the appointment. The nurse came in and asked a few questions and mentioned my actual Ob was in the clinic and she’d see if she could pop in. She never showed her face at all. They waste your time, they make you set appointments for the smallest of things over and over instead of addressing the issue so they can milk your insurance. If you’re actually sick might as well look into your own home remedies, live in pain or die.

I’ve been to a few different gynecologists over the years and this was by far the best one. From the moment I walked in the staff at the front was super helpful as well as the person who brought me back. The gyno Melody Castillo was supper informative and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. You can tell she really cares about the well being of women as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you all for making these a breeze.

Was surveyed properly for potential infection of covid before I was seated. My total wait time in waiting room was approximately only 10 minutes. The medical assistant was really kind. And the doctor who checked on me was really pleasant and she made me feel comfortable.
