I went to Golden Valley Pediatry for my foot a couple of days ago. They were awesome and the staff was very nice and professional. And they were fast I didn't have to wait long at all.

DO NOT TRUST THESE DEGENERATES WITH YOUR HEALTH. I WENT IN ALMOST A WEEK AGO FOR CHEST PAIN AND SHORTNESS OF BREATHE THINKING I MIGHT HAVE A CHEST INFECTION. THEY ORDERED XRAYS. I DID THE XRAYS SAME DAY THE XRAYS WERE SENT BACK TO THE DOCTOR SAME DAY. ITS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK AND THESE LAMES STILL HAVENT TOLD ME WHATS WRONG. I COULD BE SITTING HERE WITH INFECTION AND THEY JUST DONT CARE. IVE CALLED EVERY DAY SINCE THEN ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT NO ONE CAN GET AHOLD OF ANYBODY AT THE OFFICE. I can't give it any higher stars because I have yet to be able to be seen here The first time I came here I went by their hours on the website which says 8:30 which is wrong then I called and went by the message on their phone which says 6 and that wasn't correct either I'm here now at 5:11 evening and the security guard tells me that they're all done for the evening so why they have hours listed I have no idea because they obviously don't adhere to them and fortunately I had left from another facility to come here so now I'... read more

Extremely Slow and Rude Service. There was only another person in the lobby, and I still had to wait two hours for my son to be seen. My real complaint is how rude most people here are though, I waited so long that my 6 month infant got hungry so I started to feed him before we got dismissed, 5 minutes later they finally dismissed us and I told them I would leave in a few minutes after the baby was done feeding. Very friendly atmosphere; I thought everyone I came into contact with performed their responsibilities professionally. Lot's of humor to relax each individual to make their experience enjoyable instead of intolerable.
