I think my doctor Dr. Misra is an awesome doctor with A LOT of heart which I feel some doctors these days just don't have anymore. My doctor actually cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met . He's very patient, thorough, and very kind. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have him as my doctor.
This place is really nice. It's clean, clean, clean. All the staff great you with a smile. Considering I couldn't see my own doctor at all, the wait time is not extensive. The care from the doctors is first rate, caring and kind.
Having to wait on hold for 30 minutes everytime I call to make an appointment or figure why a referral hasn't gone through or to ask a simple question is ridiculous. What is wrong with this place that they can't hire someone to answer the phone if it's this big of an issue. No one wants to wait 30 minutes every single time they call.
I had an appointment in the woman’s department at 8:30 and literally sat there FOR TWO HOURS I’m not kidding, I JUST walked out at 10:30 on the dot and not because everything was finished, I actually would’ve been waiting longer I walked out because I lost my patience, For two hours just to get told they are gonna schedule me an appointment two weeks out. I have tried to establish care twice with two different primary care providers with GVHC and had terrible experiences both times. I felt rushed, unseen, and unheard. I will not be going back.
