I was terrified about going into this place after reading bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in an hour. The lady up front with the glasses was really nice and even came to me to grab my id after noticing my discomfort. The Nurse Practitioner explained what was wrong and was very throughl in instructions on how to take my medication and what it was for. The place look clean and well kept. And they have awesome pictures of fish on the wall. I would definitely go there again a lot better than the one do... read more

I arrived about 3:00pm on a weekday. Waiting room was quiet, not too busy. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. They took care of my needs and I was back in my car at about 3:45. I will definitely go back to this urgent care location if needed.

I left really sad and upset from my apointment because i had múltiple labs ( i'm pregnant with lupus) i was really nervous on the results The day of the apointment Catherine Song didn't even take 5 minutes of her time with me !!!!!!! She did not tell me the results of anything She just said , Babys moving , heart beat ok and walked out After a different lady walked in with the paper work of my next apointment I told her is this everything?? if I could leave negative reviews I would. #1 The girl at the front desk laughs in your face while your stressed #2 They called me before my appointment with an address, it was to a smoke shop down the street. A smoke shop? Really. #3 Giving me a SMOKE SHOP address led me to being 13 minutes late so my appointment was canceled after they already rescheduled it 2X and left me to a SMOKE SHOP. The doctor's are great especially Dr. DeOcampo, I give her 5 stars. The receptionists are really rude I give them a 3. They seem mad all the time and they act like they are forced to be there.
