I was terrified about going into this place after reading bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in an hour. The lady up front with the glasses was really nice and even came to me to grab my id after noticing my discomfort. The Nurse Practitioner explained what was wrong and was very throughl in instructions on how to take my medication and what it was for. The place look clean and well kept. Make you feel like a burden. Even with an appointment expect to wait over an hr. Take their time to fill out important but basic forms you may need like for edd or for your work. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Oh and they love to just schedule your next appointment for whenever and with whoever like people don’t have jobs or lives. Absolutely insane.
It is a horrible place. The doctors are being rushed and not listening to patients. I only go there right now because I have to until I can switch providers. I just had a daughter and I already have her assigned with some other company because Golden Valley is absolutely horrible. Dr. Lee, over at the OBGYN off of Florida in Modesto is the only doctor that really took the time to care for me while I was pregnant.
Fantastic experience today at Urgent Care. The office was easy to navigate, efficient, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and our provider, Megan Tyler, was amazing. She listened to us, spent time explaining everything, and took excellent care of my sick husband with humor and skill. I will not hesitate to return here.
I am extremely pleased and grateful to Jenny and the staff at the urgent caree. I will recommend them to anyone that asks me. Thank you for all that you do!!!👍
