I have been a Golden Valley patient for several years. I've always been very pleased with every provider I've ever had; they are all patient, knowledgeable and kind. I'm also happy with the telephone service, setting appointments etc., and with the portal. It's easy to send messages and to read visit follow-up summaries. It is also impressive to me that everyone is served, no matter their income. I recommend Golden Valley enthusiastically.
Dr. Savage does not care about his patients he made a false diagnosis on me telling me I was going to have a miscarriage without taking the time to look for heartbeat or order an ultrasound, told him I am not having any type of symptoms of miss caring he didn’t care what I was saying told him to order me an ultrasound to look for baby he simply said there’s nothing to look at. I think my doctor Dr. Misra is an awesome doctor with A LOT of heart which I feel some doctors these days just don't have anymore. My doctor actually cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met . He's very patient, thorough, and very kind. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have him as my doctor.
Dr. Ramaa is a fantastic doctor! She listens and genuinely cares for her patients. However, I am giving no stars due to the medical staffing. They have extremely low communication skills and have lied to me about not having communication with or from the doctor. Very discouraging.
This place is really nice. It's clean, clean, clean. All the staff great you with a smile. Considering I couldn't see my own doctor at all, the wait time is not extensive. The care from the doctors is first rate, caring and kind.
