I just left my office visit. First time there and I was beyond impressed with the front staff ,medical assistant and provider. Everyone was very professional, caring and pleasant. They truly enjoy their profession and are great at it. I was checked thoroughly and I received excellent medical care. on 12/9/25 12:30 i went to the Urgent care the florida suites front desk and medical assistants have nasty attitude, rude body language and tone of voice and the way they carry themselves in the office is unprofessional. Worst attitudes from the medical assistants. Unprofessional conversations in fromt of patients. As a medical assistant of 5 years im disappointed in the lack of compassion for patients. I was a walk-in patient at the Modesto urgent care on Florida Ave, and it turned out to be a no-hassle, professional appointment. I was able to see an actual physician who prescribed the medicines needed to relieve my COPD flare-up. Thank you to the entire staff who treated me with the seriousness necessary for me to feel better both mentally and physically. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended! R.W.
Today was my daughter’s last time going to this facility. I have struggled with Golden Valley and their lack of genuine care since the beginning of my pregnancy and my daughter is 6 months. Today as I was at the PEDIATRIC building, again PEDIATRIC !!!!!! A nurse named Stephanie was going at least 25mph in the PARKING LOT! I confront her and she doesn’t even say sorry!!! No “my bad” “my fault” “I apologize” NOTHING!!!! She said “go ahead and call Golden Valley” as if she knows there’s no repercussions for someone’s complaint.... read more
Dr. Ocampo is amazing - attentive, caring, and always takes excellent care of my kids. She’s a 5-star doctor! The front desk, however, is frustrating. I’ve gone in three times to fill out a consent form for my 4-year-old daughter’s MyChart, and each time they couldn’t help. Medical records confirmed there’s no duplicate account, yet the issue remains unresolved. My daughter has a rare condition, and not having easy access to her MyChart to communicate with her doctor makes me uneasy and frustrated.
