We went to two other golf cart dealerships before going to Golf Cars of America and the other dealerships acted like they could care less and were not helpful. I have been having my golf cart (Club Car) serviced by Golf Cars of Arizona, in Catalina, for many years. I have learned over the years how thorough they are with every customer's golf cart. They listen to the customers concerns with maintenance issues, addresses them and resolves to each customers satisfaction before the golf cart is returned.
I am a visitor from Canada and on 1/25, the golf cart that I was riding (that I do not own) stopped abruptly on the Main Street in SADDLEBROOKE ranch in Oracle. (The battery indicator seemed flawed) I was advised by 2 local residents, to immediately call A1 Golf carts & a gentleman Mike came promptly & was very professional & helpful, even following up with a call soon after the service ended. Highly recommended this company & very impressed with the level of service & their pricing. Thanks again Mike!!
Just bought a new AEV Advent from Golf Cars of AZ, very happy with the cart! Over the years I've found their sales and service staff always helpful, prompt and courteous. At the same time they retrofitted a lithium battery in my 06 Club Car. Nice job! No more lead acid battery hassles! Runs great!
