To start, I entered and was left on the first floor. It was packed, enough to make it difficult to order a drink, and then I scanned a QR code that is a waitlist for going up to the second floor. By far the best part of your evening if you make it up there. Look for this DJ in particular. He does an amazing job.
Huge shoutout to Oluwa at Good Night John Boy! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and full of positive energy. As someone visiting from Houston and getting a taste of Chicago nightlife, she truly made the experience unforgettable. Her vibe was everything — warm, genuine, and attentive. Hands down, the best bartender I’ve come across in a long time. If you’re ever at GNJB, do yourself a favor and find Oluwa — she’ll take care of you right. 💛✨
We had such an amazing time, and a big part of that was thanks to Oluwa, our bartender! She brought such great energy, super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Her vibes were on point, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back because of her. Highly recommend!
I like the waiting in the lounge before you get on to the dance floor, that was pretty exciting. The dance floor is very small and it’s surrounded by reserved tables with security pushing people away from them. It kind of kills the vibe. Not much room up there to actually dance. I probably wouldn’t return. When we walked out the line to get in went all the way down the block. I felt bad. The DJ was fantastic though. Really good music.
Went with my friends and had Scarlett as the bottle girl. She was amazing!!! Gorgeous girl with the best energy. So glad I was able to celebrate with her. Someone I would even be friends with. Loved the atmosphere, the camper outside is such a cute touch!
