Once again I was very impressed by everyone. The support staff were prompt and friendly with check-in and check-out. The nurses were caring and professional. Dr Lang took an interest in my health and made me feel thankful for his expertise. Thanks to All of You!
The office staff is absolutely wonderful. I cannot praise them highly enough. However after waiting until 8:30 for an 8:00 appointment, I went to the desk to ask when I would be seen. The care provider finally came in and said he was unaware he had an 8:00 appointment and that I wasn’t on his list yesterday afternoon. It should be routine to check the “list” every morning. Adequate care, but so frustrating. I don’t mind waiting for a good reason, but failing to check a schedule isn’t one. Definitely frustrated when I left.
I always feel like I'm going to see a part of my family when I go here. Gail at the window and all the ladies are extremely nice each time I go. I even got to see Vida today and she is always the Best!
I really do not like how they operate here. Within a year I have had four appointments canceled 😡 and this time I am really upset because I was 15 mins away when I got a call stating that I will have to reschedule because the NP will not be available. Now, as a MD/NP if you cannot make earlier appointment don’t waste people’s time . Make yourself available for afternoon appointments if that’s more convenient for you. I live 35 mins from this facility so that’s time wasted for me, more-so, had it been the other way around th... read more
