Great tour experience Melvin was very nice. He showed me all around and I loved the vibe I got when I arrived… I hope It be just as pleasant living there as well.

Tourist Melivin My tour was excellent because of how the tourist made me felt like I was home already he showed me the studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom they all were so beautiful i don’t know which to choose from Melvin was kind very professional and he always knew how to make someone feel wanted and to live there safe and most importantly comfortable

Everything & More!! Seen this place upon my own apartment search , reached out and was greeted with a warm and welcoming attitude. I must admit I was nervous since this was my first REAL apartment application but T he property manager was very understanding and had no problem with walking me through the process and even joked with me a little bit to get me more comfortable. Poor management I can hear mice in the walls at night decent prices per month but that's for a reason everything is just a cover apartments look new but they're just halfway put together plenty of spots you can notice they just didn't care to fix the only genuinely decent person is Angela's assistant. They advertised the pool all summer it wasn't open until the end of the summer there many more issues however I think the issue really is staffing I think different people would change the potential this property has because it... read more

They are not serious I should see zero stars. They are manipulative people, they tell you a price for you to apply and then that applied aliases come out with other prices and by the way they tell you without qualifying then they don't call you back and if one calls. Or they attend

STAY AWAY they'll pull a bait & switch Overprice and they very responsive & tell u whatever u want to hear to get u to pay the $200 to apply then after that hard to reach & they tell u something totally different
