I went to this doctor regarding kidney stones, he order CT images for me and promised to give me call back to discuss results. 10 days later, after the results came out, and I've been trying to reach the office every day with no response, I also left a message on myloyola account that was left unanswered. I made a complaint about Dr. Gupta because of the treatment i recieved that was inaccurate- he called me asked me to retract it he was very agggressive then he said not to worry i will retract it for you loyola as wrll as him gandled the situation terribly Go to rush
