Their pricing for lease agreement & maintenance were much lower than our previous provider. They were quick to make adjustments to our equipment to better serve our office. Tech Service/IT was extremely helpful when we had a minor issue with connectivity and had someone out the next day when they were unable to troubleshoot the problem.
No stars, it was horrible. We close at 3:30 and he was still here until 4:45 pm. I told him I had to be somewhere and then he began to talk slower and he wanted a copy of my contract and then he said we didn't have a contract. So I was late picking my daughter up from school by 15 minutes. Not acceptable!
The installation team did a great job installing the new equipment, removing the old equipment, and training the staff.
