We leased a machine from them and it stopped working and they didn't offer a loaner. We were down for 2+ weeks with no resolution, so we ended up leasing a new Machine from Elite Document Solutions. They have fixed Rate billing which is way better than per page. Elite document Solutions also has better response times and offers loaners whereas Gordon Flesch doesn't offer loaners.
We needed a new copier and Bill was very helpful. He listened to my needs and was able to get us exactly what we asked for. We have only had the copier for a few weeks. So far, so good. They have a help line available. We haven't used it yet, but i'm glad it is available if needed.
The last several years of Geneva's service management team has gotten progressively worse and I'm very happy to have moved on to a much better service organization.
From the sales rep interaction, to the team delivering and installing our multiple printer/copiers, our organization was treated with respect and patience. Highly recommend.
Service can be slow, but in the end they deliver a good product.
