AVOID AVOID AVOID.... Took my claim then let the appeal window pass without submitting anything. I have to start all over because of them. Never passed any information to me, I had to call every time and they assured me "everything is ready to go" and I found out they didn't do anything with my case. They should all be disbarred for their ethics.
