It’s hard to put into words the extent of the understanding and service given to my case. No matter how outrageous my questions were there was always a sensible and reasonable answer. I was constantly kept up to date on the status of everything going on from bills to doctors appointments. Katie, who was handling all aspects of my case, was great to work with.
