The Gordon Team are the absolute best in Bakersfield. I used Sheeza as my agent when I bought my first home, and more recently used the Gordon Team when selling and buying simultaneously. We can't say enough about the Gordon team at Watson Realty! I seriously don't know when these people sleep and they're still so nice and professional! We had a short timeline to sell our home. William and Sheeza listed the home in 4 days (e.g., great marketing with staged photos) and had multiple offers almost immediately! We worked with Sheeza and William gordon for our recent home purchase in June 2018. Our experience was beyond expectations. They took time to visit numerous houses with us even with very short notice.
