Came in here for lunch on a Saturday. It wasn’t too busy and the waitress was very attentive. I don’t remember her name, but she was amazing! We ordered cheese curds for the table, I had a Bloody Mary, and the chu cho burger. The cheese curds weren’t that good it felt like that sat out for a bit before they arrived to the table. The Bloody Mary was really good, I’m not a huge fan of that drink, but I really enjoyed it. The burger was also very good, it was a huge portion. Overall a decent experience.
We hosted our Rehearsal Dinner upstairs at the Cobalt Lounge! We worked directly with Katy- the Event Manager. Katy was a joy to work with from our initial inquiry, to the event itself. The food was delicious- we got the Tex Mex buffet spread and everyone raved about it. We could not be happier with the service, beautiful location and food. Highly recommend going to Gordys for dinner, it sits right on the lake and is a beautiful view.
It’s nice location the staff was nice, but there was some problem with the kitchen that postponed some of the food. The food is ok.
Gordys boat house is a short walk from the abbey resort where we are staying so since I was interested in having a drink walking sounded alot better then driving, so for me the most important part of a fun dining experience is the staff, if the staff is happy then you know you are in a good place so as we were seated we met our waitress molly who absolutely was fun and informative about our choices and made our visit fun, I ordered the El fuego burger and frys along with a cocktail called a painkiller, the burger was a li... read more
Good food, could be cleaner. Came in for a quick bite while staying near by at the Abby. The amount of employees was impressive. Plenty of staff to keep things moving. The food was pretty good as well. We tacos and a large pretzel. Only critique was that the taco shells were too big for the plate and were touching the table when served. The table and chairs were a bit dirty too. For that it had to lose a few stars.
