After almost 3 weeks of horrible advice we finally found Gottlieb inpatient rehab. I can't begin to express my total gratitude to all doctors, nurses and cna's. If I had to give 1 3 star review it would have to be the food!!! As I always say, you can't get rehab at Gibson's!!! Thanks again for all you did for Nick and me.
I’m disappointed with the scheduling staff. I was told that if I couldn’t make it to an appointment, I should reschedule—which I did. However, after rescheduling twice, I was informed that I now need a new referral because it counted as two missed appointments. I find this frustrating and unfair, especially since I followed their instructions to reschedule. The staff wasn’t very helpful in resolving the issue or providing clear guidance
I give Gottlieb rehab two stars not because of the staff or rehabilitation.I purposely asked to rehab there from Loyola because they were a Godsend when I got Covid 2020. My complaint is with the heartless Catholic church and the administration running it. To have the staffing so very thin is definitely not Christian or proper. Yes, there is a shortage but no excuse not to pay PCTs more and also to hire agency workers to fill in. You put the patients and PCTs at risk. I enjoyed my stay at Gottlieb, the doctors nurses therapists and personal care assistants were great.Special thanks to nurse Teresa for making sure I ate and took my medicine. Thank you Ashley one of many personal care assistants you went above and beyond the call of duty. Having my lawyer contacting them. They quickly changed their tone of voice. If you have a loved one that just had a liver transplant get sent here for rehabilitation. You are about to be in for a rude awakening make sure they have voice recordings and video already set on their phone or put it on them like i did they even didn'tcharge the phone but littledid they know their is always a backup. You would be suprised on what THESE SO called PROFESSIONALS rant about.
