I have Gowland's check/service my A/C system twice a year. They show up promptly, are very efficient in their work, very friendly, and explain their findings and anything they needed to do. They are also good at answering questions.
Gowland’s has been my A/C folks for the past 6 years. Always responsive and handles my needs in a responsible manner. All of the technicians are knowledgeable and have your best interest at heart. I recommend that you get their service plan.
Gowland's has installed 2 new units for me and previously serviced my old units. The whole team is fabulous. Sam, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, reasonable with his prices, and easy to work with. Destinee is very organized and friendly and works hard to make sure the team meets your needs efficiently and effectively. Recently I had to get a AC unit replaced . Gowland’s quoted me 10K. I was able to get it for 7k. When Sam was aware I didn’t buy a new system from them, he told me to tell the new company to do the maintenance as well . This was after I paid 558 to be serviced 2 times per year. He said he will refund my other 1/2. He ended up refunding $58. That’s not half. I needed new installations of central heat and ac units and duct work in the upstairs and downstairs of my home. I called Gowland's and spoke with Mrs. Destiny. The next day Mr. Sam Gowland came to my home to see what was needed and gave me an estimate. It was very reasonable and my gut feeling told me to go with them to have it done.
