Grace Anne Glavin has taken excellent care of my parents with their wills and trusts and several other legal issues such as auto matters, Mrs Glavin has also helped many of our friends who have also been very satisfied with her services.My family and I have known Mrs Glavin for over 22 years and we are very happy with her help and most of all her friendship, Mrs Glavin is a great advocate for the law and those she helps. Grace recently helped my wife and I manage my mother's estate when her dementia advanced to a point where she was declared incapacitated by the court and placed in a memory care unit at an Assisted Living Facility. My mother had not done any estate planning and we didn’t know what to do. Grace helped us to set up a Guardianship as well as helping with Real Estate Closings, Litigation, and estate planning. Would leave 0 stars. Frantic, hysterical, unorganized, and unprofessional. One of my agents represented a buyer of a property where sellers assigned this firm to the deal. She was having a difficult time organizing and disbursing the funds and we had to repeatedly share with her criteria she had already been disclosed. I can't believe these reviews are legit. Please stay away. Once she takes the money she doesn't care about your case. She told me I had a short sales and it ended up being a foreclosure.

Grace strong armed my client/seller of a large estate into using her friend Julie Bailey-Realtor. My client/seller is under a lot of stress caring for his aging mother and coordinating it all from TX. He has been hoodwinked by the Grace & Julie duo! Be ware of the wolf!
