I have been going to Grace Medical for over 2-years now, best thing i ever did! i start off with laser hair removal, moved on to add medi-facials. I then started lip injections and it was by far the best thing ever! I'm so obsessed with my lip, I have had multiple sessions. It was different and wonderful I loved the experience and will do it again
Today I tried it for the 1st time and I have to say I felt amazing. I thought would be tough and that I would finish very tense because of the cold. Instead, at the end, I was completely relaxed. I'm a Jiu-Jitsu athlete, training twice a day during the week, once a day on the weekends and doing strength and conditioning everyday, and now preparing for a big competition; my body was asking for some help to recover. Cryotherapy is really great and would definitely recommend it for anyone. Great energy booster and helps with burning some extra calories. Also something that's really great to go and do with a friend! Most definitely going back to do more sessions.
Spa was beautiful and Maresa's professionalism and beautiful demeanor made the 3 minutes of Cryo freeze fly by.
