Insurance fraud, and horrible front desk! Went today to get a new patient check up scheduled for 1:00pm. Front desk asked for copay no problem! Let aware I have met my Out Of Pocket so I do not owe anything at the visit. Once your out of pocket is met you typically do not owe anything especially when it covers 100%. I let the front desk aware of this insurance policy as the front desk kept arguing that there is a copay even though the out of pocket is met. I just left my first appointment with Dr. Graham. His office is small, quiet and cozy and is independently owned and operated, so no big corporate hospital feel which I loved! He and his staff are absolutely amazing. Dr Graham is the sweetest, very caring and very thorough. His nurse was very sweet as well, very informative, and explained everything they were doing and what I should expect to feel during my procedure. I highly recommend Dr Graham!
