This company is a scam. They tried to get me to pay $25 before finding out any information about their packages. All offered as a "free" vacation. I read online where actually they charge you outrageous fees. When asking to be emailed basic information the representative made unprofessional comments and hung up the phone. Avoid this company like the plague. They are unethical and rude.
We tried to book a 2 night stay a couple different times. Out of 6 dates and 6 locations they still couldn't come up with a hotel that was available. Then they wanted another $50 to try again. We finally asked for a refund. It's been months and we are still waiting for the refund. They do not even know why it is still in processing and everytime they call us back with the information we get cut off. Frustrating!
This place ripped me off 70.00 do t give into there crap. If it sounds to good to be true then it probably is! They said my dates were filled I call bs cause there only 100’s of hotels in that area. Now they won’t respond.
this company is dishonorable. We spoke to them after they took over a timeshare company for Welk Resorts. They told us they would honor the commitment from the previous company. They then proceeded to ignore our phone calls and as of today sent us an email that says we are totally out of luck we paid money to the other company and we're not getting our trip. They're not honoring their word

I tried to book a trip I won and it was supposed to be booked within 45 days. I sent a deposit but it was within 30 days. Fine. They're telling me they mailed my refund and a letter I have yet to receive. It's been over a month and nothing.
This is the worse company I have ever dealt with!! Scammers!!! They took my deposit & then after they take my money, then they wouldn’t honor the trip!! So, I stopped payment for the deposit. Grand Incentive then proceeds to charge me for a bounced check!!! They sends it in to a debt collector!!! Oh yes you better believe all types of complaints & charges are being filed. Please never deal with company.
I had the WORST experience of my life when I dealt the the “quality assurance”manager! It was absolutely ridiculous how disrespectful he was toward me over a refund I had requested. I’ve actually used the company several times and never had any problems, but the level of disrespect I received was honestly unacceptable.
