Taxes came out to more than what we paid in taxes by booking our own hotel stay. I used a credit card and one money order for our deposit, I have emails saying where it would take 4-7 weeks for refund, we are 3 months in now and no refund. I emailed someone around the 1st of Jan, she said 2nd week of Jan, we are in 3rd week of Jan and still no refund. Has anyone sued these people yet?

They will gladly take your money but will not communicate with you in regards to your booking. No one we ever talked to seemed to care about questions we had. Now our vacation is a month away and we have no hotel even though we submitted our voucher 7 months ahead. Please do not give them any money.
When I called in to check on the status of my incentive she notified me it had been voided and I could use the voucher next time I fly??? Just spent hundred of dollars flying my family on a vacation and they void all the paperwork I mailed in without an email or call asking for more information?? Obviously I went through the trouble of Snail mailing the boarding passes and they can’t even personally contact or notify me and instead just VOID the info all together. We won a "free" 3 night trip by attending a Bella Bridal cookware presentation. After turning in our voucher, we received a letter from them stating that we filled out the voucher incorrectly and our voucher was voided. They told us we can turn the voided voucher in for a week long condo stay. We payed our deposit, and the checks were cashed for a total of $250 in February 2014 for a vacation in the U.S. to stay in a condo. We waited 8 weeks for it to be processed.
