First I wasn't pleased with the information I was receiving because if this was suppose to be a free experience, I shouldn't have to come completely out of pocket. Second I was please with the young lady that handled my bookings. I was giving up and was just going to get a refund of my deposit. But she was able to get book something for my children to enjoy themselves before going back to school in less then a week.
