SCAM do NOT take any of their offers or free stays in hotels. Their application system is very complicated, and restricted to extremely specific rules. Nothing is done online and it's all through the mail. They want you to have to work really hard to get it, so you'll give up. Horrible experience, this is a SCAM! I attended a timeshare presentation and did not receive the acknowledgement letter afterwards. I tried calling the 844 number printed on the brochure to notify them and the number was not even in service! I then had to research an alternative number and was finally able to speak to a representative, after a 50 minute hold time, regarding the letter. I asked for specific dates 6 months in advance didn’t hear anything for 4 1/2 months just to find out that there were no dates available. I already bought my plane tickets, which I spend a lot of money on. Wife was so excited to go on a trip to Hawaii and have Grand Incentives pay for two of them (which we won a ticket for 3 days and 2 nights getaway) customer service was horrible and they still wouldn’t help me. Now I get to find a hotel for money and more days!! I find this Company a joke.
