Just recently had a need to store things from a 1 bedroom apartment. GL Comet Mini Storage had very competitive prices and, despite it being the weekend, I was able to complete the application online and get a unit even though the office wasn't open! Since then I've been impressed with the attentive staff. Still in our first month of rental, but would definitely recommend.

I would like to tell Rebecca how much I appreciate her help. She has gone through so much with my X-spouse. With all the treats and harassing her and myself. Unhappy with this company. Besides the being double billed due to a billing error on their end and signing me up for autopay when I specifically said not to, being extremely hard to get ahold of via email/ website/ number, and our storage units being frozen shut to the ground in the winter due to the draining issues, they have now become incredibly expensive and we are looking elsewhere again. We have utilized Comet storage for 4 years while our college graduate lived in Michigan for her undergraduate studies. Units are clean, safe and easy to work with the Owner. Online payment makes it easy for monthly payment from CA. And we will keep it 2 more years for graduate school!

Needed to find a storage unit in Grand Ledge. I saw the units on Hartel Road but wasn't able to work out a lease with them (no availability). Through this attempt to work out a lease, I spoke with both owners (husband and wife). They were both very helpful and 10/10 good people. It always makes life so much better when you can deal with top notch people. Although we weren't able to work out a lease for my current needs, I will make sure that they are my first call in the future. vdk.
