We have lived here for a little over 6 months now and we have nothing but good things to say! Putting in a maintenance request is quick and easy, maintenance is at your door within 2 hours, usually quicker! even in non emergency’s and even on a Saturday! Everyone is super friendly and it’s a pretty quiet community! Walls are also super thick, we rarely hear neighbors unless it’s outside our door and it genuinely is the nicest and well put together apartment complex we have encountered! I can only speak on the 2 bedroom Kentuck (facing the Zorinski preserve) There are MANY other buildings and “views” that will be different than the one I’m reviewing. LOVE LOVE LOVE this apartment! QUIET: Are there noises? Yes, it’s an apartment. But it’s WAY quieter than ANY apartment I’ve lived in or visited before. on site staff are very good. Corporate has failed to solve the dumpster problem. This failing is the primary reason for 5 star to 4 star decline.
We lived at The Grand Legacy for a year. It was a beautiful, comfortable, quiet home for us. The kitchen space rivaled some homes in spaciousness and was very functional. We loved the fireplace between the bedroom and living area. Pest control, and maintenance were handled very well and were not an issue. They even updated the interior entryways while we lived there and the place already seemed new. We loved using the amenities!
