I'm dealing with retribution from Rudy and Brenda they have refused to answer any of my questions via email or through the phone if they see me on caller ID they don't answer my call they don't respond to any emails the reason why they have a vendetta against me is because the property manager was friends with my neighbor who kept on pooing in my yard and when I talked to him about it he yelled at me remember I have PTSD I cannot have front office people yelling at me and since then he has not helped me with anything at all ... read more

Rudy and Brenda are absolutely the worst for 5 years they have not returned one call for 5 years they have not responded to one email apparently they don't like me and because I'm disabled I don't have any money to sue them if anybody can get me in contact with a rental attorney please give me help I have been unable to pay the rent because some problem they're having and they refuse to answer my calls they literally look at the caller ID and if it's me they don't answer it but if I block it they answer it and then they hang... read more

Again I've been waiting for weeks to speak to a supervisor but no one calls me back it's inconsiderate it's irresponsible I've been complaining for months about my neighbors and they refuse to do anything about it it's a terrible place and they decide they don't like you you are screwed

Dysfunctional front office and dysfunctional regional management I have disabilities and they have done nothing to help me I have filed dozens of complaints on my neighbors with documented video tape that they're on my lot and the regional manager tells me that I complain too much instead of her handling the issue with these people Grand Missouri refuses to do anything and I'm going to have to start calling the cops from now on. Don't move here if you have disabilities they won't respect you or be considerate. The front office is dysfunctional insulting and don't have anyone that they are held accountable to. I've been in touch with the regional manager and she says that I filed too many complaints on my neighbors who keep on going in my yard and I've had to pay people to pick up the dog poop. This place is not what it used to be. It sucks living here. When I first move here 10 years ago or so, we had security at night, we had a recicle container, we had a filtered water machine dispenser and we were able to make payments directly with them. Now we don't have none of that we have to make payments electronically and pay the stupid $8 fee every month, but yes they love increasing our which is the only thing they are so good at. They demand to keep our yard clean yet the pools look like swamp water.

I have a disability and they have not changed anything within the three management companies that have handled this property in 4 years. If you have a disability don't move here. The manager decided to stop taking my calls and answering my emails because I filed a lot of complaints against my neighbor because they keep on letting their dogs poop in my yard and loud music and I have a disability where I can't talk to people and they were trying to force me to talk to my neighbors and I told him my physically couldn't do it an... read more
