Absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Kate and her team! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, everyone was cleaning as they go! I was impressed with how many images they took of my teeth and Dr. Kate took the time to have a conversation with me! They were able to give me estimates before my visit so there wouldn’t be a surprise on cost. Easily able to set up next appointments.
While the smell of the facility was very sterile the people were all amazingly friendly and very helpful. I was able to understand more about my teeth than ever. And was free to ask questions. Great place. I am happy I found them
The team over at Grand Rapids Family Dentistry made me feel so comfortable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and I was nervous for the experience. From the receptionists to the dentist and everyone in between, they made me feel cared for and actually got me excited again about my smile. I am so happy I chose them at my dentist. Typically, I am filled with extreme anxiety before and during my dental visits. However, Dr. Kate Palmateer and her staff provided a nice comforting visit and made me feel comfortable. I was provided good, sound, candid advice regarding the care and next steps for my teeth and gums. I look forward to my next visit.
