I had a great experience at the dealership in Lakewood. Jeff was amazing. He knew the truck I purchased inside and out. I never felt pressured to buy. Negotiations were fair and I got a good value on my trade-in. I’ve purchased a lot of cars and trucks in my lifetime. I can easily say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you, Jeff! I would recommend the dealership to anyone. 🙂

Exceptional Purchase Experience! I recently purchased two vehicles within a few days of each other! A Mercedes-Benz AMG G63 (Renntech tuned) and a Cadillac Escalade V series. I was looking for a specific vehicle and found it at Grand Valley Auto. I live out of state and was unable to actually see the vehicle in person. Michael was amazing! Worked very hard to answer all my questions, and did so quickly. He took the time to send me all kinds of pictures and videos of the car. Dishonest – Do Not Recommend. My family purchased a van from this dealership a few months ago for our small business and had it shipped to Indiana. Before finalizing the purchase, we repeatedly asked the salesperson for photos. We got 11 of the exterior, general overview shots and interior measurements we asked for. The Carfax report showed no accidents, and my husband was assured the van was in good condition aside from a few cosmetic scratches which we were fine with. Shout out to Grand Valley Auto Lakewood! Sales rep Miguel, was attentive, very professional, made sure I was able to get the best deal. Was looking at a handful of dealerships prior to coming across GVAL, and I’m glad I did because I came home with a beautiful car for me and my family!
