Made appointment easy peasy, they communicated with me a couple of times before my appointment to let me know ETA. Arrived on time, fixed my issue, cleaned up perfect job. Keith was very professional and courteous. Garbage disposal and piping redo.
GVP&H is great to work with, scheduling was easy, Pamela is courteous and kind as I'm sure she has to deal with a lot of frantic customers in there time of need. Keith came out right away, he explained everything regarding the situation before doing the work. He showed me the issues and fixed things quickly and leaving me feeling well cared for with a move forward plan and options. Matt showed up right on time as promised. He was polite and professional and estimated a very competitive price for all the work that had to be done, and there was a lot of it. Today Keith came to my home to quote the work I needed done. After careful inspection, he described in detail my options to choose from. After making my decision, he said he had all the parts in his truck, and it would take about 2 hours to complete the work. Imagine my surprise to get the work done immediately ! I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I had to for Advanced Plumbing because I was so impressed. I was able to get an appointment really quickly, which was a huge plus. Keith was great…super friendly and personable, but also professional and really knowledgeable. He walked me through some bigger projects I’ll need down the line and gave me options that actually fit my budget without any pressure or upselling.
