We've been taking our dogs to Grant Avenue Pet Hospital for twenty years now. Dr. Rund and his staff are great! Services are reasonably priced, and I've always felt that they cared about our animals. They take the time to give a careful diagnosis and have always given us good advice. Simply the best.
WOW! I showed up without an appointment and within 120 minutes or less my high-anxiety was turned into alleviation. Melissa, Dr. Rouse, and the entire staff work like a well-oiled machine together. Everyone obviously cares not only about the animals but the humans, too. What was especially uncommon was the knowledge Dr. Rouse gave me during the exam period. We spoke the same language and he gave me concrete, objective, and easily-attained action steps to help me and my cat(s). How refreshing!
