Two patients in ER waiting room. Two and one half hours later, we are still waiting to be seen. Are there no ER doctors at this place? Totally unacceptable for an ER!
There are the worst there nurses don’t have no respect for a sick person just rude and race places big part of it The Doctors are Great but need better respectful nurses
I came into the emergency room at 7pm on January 5th, just to find out at 3:30 I was discharged. I was put back in the system but I had to wait again to be called to the back. My husband and I were going to leave but I was told that if I left I could not get my results over the phone. I am still here out in the lobby waiting, on January 6th, 2023, and I’m in pain congested, and just not feeling good at all.
Patients have been here for over 10 hours. They have about 15 patients thats been occupying the rooms for 4 days!! And tell us no rooms are available. Those patients should have been moved somewhere, this is an emergency room!!! Completely unexceptable!! Someone needs to held accountable!!
The people that work in the emergency room are amazing. They mad me feel comfortable. They treated me like the cared. I have never been to an emergency room like this before. Doctor Lopez was get as well. The wait wasn't long at all everyone was fast and very pleased. Thank you everyone that helped me out tonight.
