Great office. Friendly fast and thorough. Smiles and familiarity start at the front desk and continue through check out. In the middle you are cared for by a comforting nurse. And you still get to be seen by the great Dr. Zola.
Great meeting Dr. Zola today and look forward to having him as my physician. He took his time explaining and answering questions during my visit. His staff was wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend his practice.
These people are the most unprofessional doctors I have ever in my life met. I brought my 90 year-old stepdad in for his appointment. I was not 20 minutes early. I was 10 minutes early and they refused to see him. Mind you he’s blind and he can barely walk. I went through all the trouble of getting him in there for them to say sorry you’re late , And I was 10 minutes early. . There was no one in the waiting room absolutely no one.. Dr. Zola is professional, friendly, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. His staff was caring and attentive, and the office was spotless. I highly recommend him for urological care.
My mother’s partner had an appointment he is 90 years old and has been having issues. His appointment was for 11:50 he arrived at 11:42 and was told that because he was not 20 minutes early they would not see him. He was not told that he had to be there 20 minutes early and it took my sister a lot of time to get him there because he is blind and still insisting on doing things himself and they live in Bullock so I think that it is poor customer service for the doctor to be that way with an elderly patient
