I loved our stay both years i stayed there! The hotel its self is absolutely beautiful and its one of the cleanest I have been any where! You guys do a great job. I am sad this may i am coming and had to stay some where else the price was to high for me this year. Great hotel though love it!
Grapetree Bay Hotel was the perfect place to stay on our honeymoon! Brett, Tiffany, and Morgan were wonderful servers and bartenders and made us feel so welcome. We loved being on the east side of the island - very peaceful and remote, the natural beauty is incredible. The oceanfront patios in the rooms are a stunning feature, and we found a beach perfect for swimming and sunning just a short walk from our room. As long as you have a rental car, Grapetree Bay is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the island!
We arrived late on Valentine’s Day, feeling really hungry, and Amy and Josh, the owners, went out of their way to accommodate us with a fantastic dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly and truly goes above and beyond for their guests. Julie at the front desk was so kind, and everyone— from the waitstaff to the room attendants— was exceptional. We had a great 10 day stay and will definitely visit again.
I frequent this resort for the spa services. Julie is an outstanding professional. She hones right in to what I need in each session. Her massage therapy is reasonable for the benefit I get. Highly recommend.
We did not stay at the Graptree, only visited to use the pool and eat. So, where to start - the first meal, lunch, at the pool bar was awesome! Fresh fish, fast service, great drinks. Then, we went for dinner at the upper resturaunt. What a mistake!! Frozen, terrible pizza with horrible toppings! Service was so slow and there was only one other couple. Not to me turn the bartender/waitress lady was feeding feral cats on resturaunt plats, ignoring us, and was wearing crotchless panties or jumpsuit that we got an unwanted vie... read more
